Lake Study Fund

Invasive aquatics pose an increasing threat to High, Fishtrap and Rush lakes, as boaters and anglers travel from lake to lake.

Our most recent invasive species survey in 2015 showed the High-Fishtrap-Rush system does not have invasive aquatics. But to keep our lakes pristine, we need to conduct new surveys and continue to monitor the threat.

Aquatic invasive surveys are planned in 2026 and 2027, and we need your assistance to fund this essential work. For complete information about the planned lake studies, download our Lake Study Fund backgrounder.

Please consider making a contribution to our Lake Study Fund campaign to ensure this beautiful resource will be here for future generations to enjoy.
